Para Maria de Lurdes Modesto, é obrigatório fritar em azeite de oliva. O vinho do Porto dá um toque especial à receita.
Ingredientes:
- 250 gramas de bacalhau;


- 200 gramas de batata;
- ½ cebola picadinha;
- 1 generosa colher de sopa de salsinha picada;
- 1 cálice pequeno de vinho do Porto;
- 3 ou 4 ovos;
- noz-moscada ralada na hora;
- sal e pimenta-do-reino.
